Payment 1. NEW CUSTOMER

G. Pocobelli demand payment in advance for the stones or jewelry purchased by new customers.

Payment is made by bank transfer, and the account number with usefull informations  for the payment will be sent to customers within 1 working day after receiving the order.

The satisfaction of our customers is our priority, so If you are not satisfied with our products, we are pleased to offer a 12 days return policy for all purchase.

If within 12 days of receiving your gemstone(s) you become dissatisfied with it, we invite you to return it in its original undamaged, unaltered condition for a refund or a credit. We will refund your money.

Note that shipping and insurance are not refundable.

Note also that once the new customer becomes becomes regular customer, he could choose the paiment  2. for as new term of payment

Payment 2. REGULAR CUSTOMER

We offer a very easy payment method for our regular customer in order to facilitate the fluidity of the business and in order to create a long term partnership.

For the paiment 2, we send the gemstones first then after the regular customer could pay us within 15 working days after receiving the product.

Note that the 10 days return policy is not applicable for this type of paiment.
